be with me
a film from Singapore, mainly about a lady, Theresa Chan who is a deaf and a blind but managed to take care of herself WELL all this while.
we always think that we learn something from a handicapped hero's story. we always know how to analyze and summarize the good virtues they have and try to re-apply them in our daily lives... telling each and everyone if the physically disabled ones can do it, why can't us?
anyway, the story is about BE-WITH-ME. yes, exactly what the title sounds like.
it is a movie combining a few stories, to support the main story of Theresa. obviously, a lady with all these unfortunate things happened on her (as she was normal till she reached the age of 10, and was illiterate till she met an English Doctor during her teens) would appreciate someone to be with her. she needs companion like everyone else, and she needs someone to be with her... thoughts...
human beings are the most vulnerable creature, i supposed. for someone to be with us, is so important. so important that you can't afford to lose your company.
and there's nothing wrong about that. we're all born to live with the troupes isn't?
and i wonder, will you be with me?
