i'm going to start with reading WINE FOR DUMMIES!

thanks to Mr. L for this Robert Parker's 100 pointer... this 2003 vintage was a splendid palate experience...



weird that it tasted different when Min & BigE had it earlier... but when we had it post dinner/ dessert/ wine... it tasted simply -- sweet! never know single malt can be full of surprise... i shall check out my 25y/o again soon, as perhaps it'll taste different if i have it after 25...


bordeaux 2005 -- its like a blend of chardonnay & sauvignon blanc, in a way... enjoyed every bit of it, thanks to the MIFB fan...
